The mailer for my new program, WorkPsych Wellness, went out last week. This is a partner program with the Amherst Chamber of Commerce. It is an 8 week Train the Trainer Program for owners, managers, HR Professionals and anyone who is responsible for wellness in the workplace. It focusses on the foundational skills that make wellness in the workplace successful. If you are frustrated by spending money and time on issues such as absenteeism, low productivity, injuries and accidents, then send someone from your company to WorkPsych Wellness to learn the foundational skills, such as communication, mindfulness and relationship management.

The Psych-cess Coach will be partnering with the Amherst Chamber of Commerce to do a train-the-trainer course for HR professionals and anyone who is responsible for wellness in the workplace. It is called WorkPsych Wellness. The focus is on foundational skills, such as mindfulness and communication. When these skills fail, the result can be accidents, injuries and even death. When these skills are honed the workplace is more productive and safe and the wellness programs are much more likely to be successful.
